Temperature rating is for reference only, as many factors affect temperature. Please adjust according to the environment and climate.
Comfort Temperature: The lowest temperature at which an average-sized female can sleep comfortably without feeling cold.
Extreme Temperature: The lowest temperature at which an average-sized male can survive, though may feel cold and uncomfortable.

- It is recommended to use special or neutral detergent. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, as it will damage the filler and reduce the insulation efficiency
- Spot clean and use a soft brush to gently clean and wash the dirty parts if it is partly dirty.
- For hand washing, please squeeze the sleeping bag in the sink before taking it out. Do not twist it hard
- Do not use washing machine with an agitator as it will cause undue pressure on the sleeping bag and easily damage the fabric and padding
- Set the dryer on low heat or lay it on a flat surface in partial shade and avoid direct sunlight
- Please turn it from time to time while drying. Tap and lightly rub the sleeping bag to make its padding swells again
